senators john mccain and christopher dodd should be chained and whipped for voting against the 2002 SEC bill which would have created a central database to fight fraud in the financial markets. the latest scammer, r. allen stanford, has apparently misappropriated billions. stanford, was a heavy contributor to both mccain and dodd, as well as to senator nelson[fl] and senator cornyn of texas. photos of stanford with pelosi, both clintons, and obama are there for the googleing. what can we do about these politicos who vote with the dollar flow into their pockets. local, state, and federal elected officials are responsive to only one constituency, the people who feed the most bread into their overstuffed and much too tight pants. these fatcats will be our downfall.
